This required the equipment to be sent abroad for repairs, incurring additional costs. Now, with the introduction of ITL\u2019s Metrology Lab, a large number of the same equipment is serviced locally which translates into savings by reducing downtime and costs for the customer.<br \/>We have included copies of our Representation Letters and attached a short list of some of our existing customers can be seen in Appendix I.
